When you buy a home or any other property through us, you can save from 1% to 1.5% off the sales price. Your savings are in the form of a rebate off our commission rates. A 1% rebate on a $200,000 property results in a savings of $2,000! 

Selling a Home

If you are selling a home, we offer four levels of service – a $99 basic service, a $495 professional service, and a $990 full brokerage service. Don’t pay 6% to sell your home. We can save you thousands.

Home of the Free Realtor

Our services are offered at a significantly reduced price. We have Realtor programs that are FREE as well as services from $99 to full brokerage services at $990. Our FREE Realtor Program allows you to receive full brokerage services without charge when you agree to purchase a home through Choice Realty.
